The website presents the Operator's vehicles and services and facilitates contact with prospective buyers.

The presentation of vehicles on the website is not a binding offer to conclude a contract, but an invitation to submit an inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or reserve a vehicle. A binding contract arises only through individual agreement between the parties, concluded outside this website.

Vehicle details (including equipment, condition, mileage and photographs) are provided for information only and are based on available records. We reserve the right to clerical errors, technical inaccuracies, and prior sale.

Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. The EUR price is the only binding price; any amounts displayed in Czech crowns (CZK) are an indicative conversion based on a daily-updated exchange rate and are rounded. For used vehicles, the VAT margin scheme under the VAT Act may apply. Please verify the current price and status of a vehicle before concluding a contract.

The content of the website (text, logos, graphics, photographs and layout) is protected by law and belongs to the Operator or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise use it beyond ordinary browsing without prior consent.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, nor for the content of external links.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights; we do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You also have the right to alternative dispute resolution through a competent body, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, SOI), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, web: soi.sk, or another entity listed in the register of alternative dispute resolution bodies maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. A proposal may also be submitted via that body's electronic platform.

These Terms and the use of the website are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect the protection afforded to you as a consumer by mandatory provisions of law.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on this page, together with the date of the last update.
